Artist Statement

Our interest in nature and our desire to understand and protect it seems to me to be one of things that defines our humanity. The results of creativity which has been influenced by nature, are reflections of the human condition, not just in a personal, subjective way, but also as objective evidence of aspects of our world and our place in it.
